The main objective was to review the work progress made during the first year of the project, get feedback from the farmers, TARI scientists, stakeholders from local government, Department of Agriculture, Extension, and Irrigation officers. During the meeting, work carried out and achievements accomplished so far, challenges and risks encountered and measures to overcome, were discussed. Participants from all five project areas participated in the event, including a one-day field visit to nearby rice growing areas where one of the project demo sites is located.<\/span><\/p><p>Participants from NIBIO (Project Coordinator, Dr. Udaya Sekhar Nagothu), Dr. Rajkumar from MSSRF (India) gave training on the use of digital tools and TARI (coordinated by Dr. Atu Bilaro) facilitated the annual workshop with active participation of the stakeholders.
